Tenders Are Invited For A Comprehensive Service Of Supervising, Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness In Facilities And The Area Around The Headquarters Of The Suchedniów Forest District
The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Service Of Supervising, Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness In Facilities And Around The Headquarters Of The Suchedniów Forest District At Ul. Bodzentyńska 16. The Service Will Be Provided For A Period Of 12 Months, From September 1, 2025 To August 31, 2026, The Member Covers Three Main Ranges: Supervision: Protection Of The Office Building Of The Forest Inspectorate And The Fenced Area Around It From Monday To Friday From 15:00 To 15:00 To Friday. The Duties Include Constant Supervision (Min. Once An Hour), Reporting Incidents And Failures, Closing The Building And Performing Minor Conservation Works Using The Contractors Equipment And Materials Of The Contracting Authority. Comprehensive Cleaning Of Objects: Maintaining Cleanliness In An Office Building (Approx. 920 M2 Of Floors, 120 M2 Of Windows, 70 M2 Of Doors) And A Garage And Economic Building (Approx. 125 M2). The Works Include Daily, Weekly, Monthly And Quarterly Cleaning, Including Double -Sided Windows. The Contractor Provides All Necessary Cleaning Products And Hygiene Products. Maintaining The Cleanliness Of Paved Areas: Taking Care Of Order On The Sidewalks Along Bodzentyńska And Słowackiego Streets (Approx. 225 Mb Length, 2 Mb Of Width) And Other Hardened Areas. The Key Element Is Snow Removal And Removal Of Icing From Communication Routes (Pedestrians, Pedestrian-Road, Stairs, Driveways, Parking Lots) Within 2 Hours Of Rainfall. Other Works Are Removing Grass, Moss, Raking Leaves With Exports And Removing Snow And Snowflakes From Buildings. The Contractor Provides Measures To Combat Slippery (Sand And/Or Salt).
