The Present Public Procurement Includes Activities With Objects Delivery And Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Items 2 And 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Accordance With Art. 11, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, And In View Of The Main Activities Characterizing The Main Subject Of The Contract, Its Award Is In The Order For The Delivery Site. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of An Electrician And A Lifting Platform, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of The Order Is Divided Into 2 (Two) Lots: Lot № 1: Delivery Of An Electrician With A Load Capacity From 3500 Kg To 5000 Kg; Lot 2: Delivery Of Electric Scissor Lift Platform. The Requirements For Supplies And Services Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Two Lots. According To Art. 46, Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, Bids May Be Submitted For One Or Both Lots. According To Art. 46, Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Does Not Limit The Number Of Separate Positions Assigned To One Contractor. Consideration Of The Tenders: On The Grounds Of Art. 104 Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Commission Will Evaluate The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Participants Before Pre -Selection. The Actions Of The Commission Will Be Carried Out In The Sequence Provided For In Art. 61 Of The Rules For Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act (Pppop).
