The Order Includes Removal Of The Raid And Tree Underlying Along With The Removal Of The Resulting Biomass, In The Area Of About 1 Ha, From The Natural Habitat 7230 Mountain And Lowland Bogs Of The Nature Of The Nature Of The Nature, Sedge And Mechowiska As Well As Orchids In The Nature Reserve Niedźwiedzia Cave And The Manual Surface Of The Surface Of The Natural Habitat 7230 Mountain And Lowland Bogs Of The Alkaline, And Moss Located In The Nature Reserve Niedźwiedzia Cave. 2. The Order Includes In Particular: 1) A Meeting With A Representative Of The Ordering Party At The Place Of Work To Indicate The Trees Designated By The Employer For Clipping And Trees That Are Not Subject To Cutting And Indicating The Surfaces On Which Mowing Will Be Carried Out, 2) Cutting Of Marked Trees, 3) Mowing The Surface Of The Natural Habitat, 4) Manually Removing Young Trees, 5) Gathering Biomasses Outside The Nature Reserve And Development Of The Biomass Formed During Works In Accordance With The Law, 6) Cleaning Up The Area. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Annex 1 To The Specification. 4. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Need To Transfer Intellectual Property Rights To The Performed Subject Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Contractual Conditions Has Been Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification. 5. The Employer Specifies Activities In The Scope Of The Contract, Requiring Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under The Employment Contract In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 Labor Code - Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Method Of Documenting Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, The Contracting Authoritys Rights, Sanctions For Non -Employment Under An Employment Contract Were Included In The Attachment In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To The Specification.
