E.19, As Amended On October 31, 2011 (Available Online At: Https://Www.Ontario.Ca/Laws/Regulation/980232), And The Mecp January 2012 Edition Of The Landfill Standards Guide, Available Online At: Https://Www.Ontario.Ca/Page/Landfill-Standards-Guideline-Regulatory-And-Approval-Requirements-Newexpanding-Land, And •As Well As Any Other Such Requirements Of The Law. The D&O Plans Shall Encompass The Entire Life Span Of The Site. This Approach Ensures That The Infrastructure Management Methods Used Will Provide Sustainable And Effective Performance Over The Long Term, Rather Than Being Limited To A Short-Term Outlook.
