Tenders are invited for Operation and Maintenance of Die-Sel Generators Fees QR 7500 Bid Bond QR 750000 Start Purchase Date: 22-07-2025 07:30:00 End Purchase Date: 04-09-2025 12:30:00 Submission Closing Date: 04-09-2025 12:00 PM Description: The contract is a Call-off Contract for the purpose of Operation and Maintenance of the Generators, including both Mobile and Standby/Station Generators. Generator shifting, connection work will be mostly site based to provide temporary power at Electricity Distribution System during fault or maintenance. Also, Generator disconnection and demobilization will be made after the rectification work in the Electricity Distribution System is complete. The scope covers all Electricity Distribution Substations/Service point/OHL Lines located within the state of Qatar and/or under the jurisdiction of KAHRAMAA. Generator Service, Maintenance, Repair and Overhauling works will be partially site based and partially inhouse. Office-based work will involve preparing reports, maintenance schedules, spare parts lists, and updating records. Notes: · Fees are non-refundable · The offer must be submitted with a bank guarantee (in the amount of provisional bid bond) issued by a Qatari Bank or by a bank operating in Qatar. · Offers are to be submitted separately, technical and commercial. · Successful bidder has to submit a Bank Guarantee (Performance Bond) with value equal to 10% of the awarded value. · KAHRAMAA has the right during the contract period, after approval of the committee, to increase or decrease the quantities, services or works, inline with the Tenders & Auctions Law and its regulations. · Last date for receiving clarification is 7 days before the Bid Closing Date. · Date for opening of the offer is on the next working day from Bid Closing Date, as per the Tenders Committee meeting. · If you face any difficulty for downloading the Tender Documents after Payments, please coordinate with IT Help Desk Administrator in the Government Procurement Portal (The Unified Website of State Procurement (monaqasat@mof.gov.qa).
