1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Are Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of Door Joinery In The Building. No. 61, At Ul. Sobieskiego 7 Department Electrical Engineering And Automation Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology In Gdańsk. 2. A Detailed Scope And Description Of Works Are Included In The Document Called The Working Name: Zp 144 014 R 25 - Description Of Works - Is Part Of The Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By: A) Technical Specification Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, B) Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, C) Additional Documents. Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Indicated Other Documents Of The Procedure Were Included In The Folder Called: Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.4. The Employer Requires A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Of Works, Without Reservations And Comments From The Contracting Authority Or After The Contracting Authority Received Defects And Defects Reported During Final Acceptance. The Maximum Warranty Period That The Contractor Can Offer Is 60 Months. 5. The Warranty And Warranty Period Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers.
