1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of Educational Institutions In The Łomianki Commune In The Epc.2 Model. The Project Involves Conducting Energy Modernization, Which Includes Insulation Of External And Foundation Walls, Ceilings And Roofs, Replacement Of Windows And External Doors, Mechanical Ventilation With Recuperation, Replacement Of Central Heating Installation, Domestic Hot Water And Electricity, Modernization Of Gas Boiler Rooms, Replacement Of Lighting, Installation Of Pv Panels On Roofs And Also Introducing Technologies Enabling Energy Management - Assembly Of The Energy Management System. The Removal Consists In Carrying Out Construction Works And Then Energy Management In Order To Obtain Guaranteed Savings While Maintaining Thermal Comfort During The Use Of The Buildings, After Completing The Investment Stage, After The End Of The Investment Stage, The Management Stage Will Be Energy Management And Possibly Other Energy Management Activities Had To Be Managed. As A Result Of Modernization Works, Esco Will Be Responsible For Energy Management In Order To Achieve Guaranteed Savings Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. 3. Construction Works, The Conclusion Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Contracting Authority Approved By The Contracting Authority, And If Necessary By The Local Building Supervision Authorities, Project And Polish Norms And The Current State Of Technical Knowledge. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Equipment And Building Materials At His Own Expense In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program, Design Specification And Technical Specification Made In The Project. The Employer Reserves The Right To Control The Advancement Of The Works Carried Out. The Contractors Obligations Will Include The Performance Of All Measurements, Tests, Trials And Start -Ups, Which Are Required By Standards, Technical Conditions For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works Contained In This Program And Relevant Provisions.
