The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Unused. 8. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract At His Own Expense And Risk In Place Specified By The Employer. 9. Domestic And Foreign Transport Together With Insurance, All Customs And Stamp Duty And All Other Fees - On The Contractors Side. 10. Warranty Period: Minimum 24 Months. The Warranty Period Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers.
