The Contractor May Offer Equipment With Higher Parameters Than Specified By The Employer. Offering Equipment With Parameters Less Than Specified Or The Lack Of Offering Any Of The Required Parameters Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pop. The Parameters Presented By The Contractor Must Clearly Specify That The Offered Equipment Meets The Requirements Set By The Employer.
