1 Piastów Śląskie In Wrocław. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Described In Detail In The Assortment And Price Sheet (Annex 2 To Swz). The Contracting Authority Requires That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Contained In The Assortment And Price Sheet. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Contract Are Specified In The Contract Template (Annex 4 To Swz). 3. The Contracting Authority Informs That Whenever In Detailed Descriptions, The Subject Of The Contract Is Described By Indicating The Trademark, Patent, Origin, Technical Or Quality Norms, Equivalent Solutions Are Allowed, I.E. Having Features, Technical, Functional And Qualitative Parameters Not Worse Than Those Described In The Abovementioned Elements Of Documentation, And Such A Reference Is Implied With Or Equivalent Words. The Employer Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Solutions In Terms Of Technical, Functional And Quality Parameters, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Assumptions Set Out In This Swz. Demonstrating The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution Or Equivalent Solutions Rests With The Contractor.
