Tenders Are Invited For Service Of Hydrotechnical Facilities In The Field Of Automation - Diagnostics And Removal Of Current Automation And Electric Faults In Zz Opole

4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Removal Of Failures For The Contractor For The Contractor Regarding Object Automation Systems Together With Cooperating Equipment And Electrical Elements Of Equipment Currently Built And Used On The Hydrotechnical Facilities Of The Opole Catchment Board. The Contractor Will Rest Responsibility For The Correct Location, The Proposed Technical Solutions Of Repair, Removal Of Reported Failures And Their Effects Affecting The Operation Of Plc Drivers, Scada Visualization Computers, Communication And Data Exchange Between Control Devices, Electric Executive Elements, Protecting And Controlling. The Employer Also Provides Under This Agreement To Perform Reviews Of Specified Systems, Devices And Their Elements. The Goal Is To Ensure Safe, Technically Correct And Trouble -Free Operation Of The Above -Mentioned Installation Through Location And Removal Of Failures (And Their Effects) On Hydrotechnical Facilities Covered By These Proceedings. The Contracting Authority Provides In The Above Proceedings The Implementation Of Individual Demand For Damage Repairs And Failures Together With The Supply Of Factory New Devices Or Their Repair Necessary To Remove The Abovementioned Failures And Their Effects, Including Hydrotechnical Facilities Of The Opole Catchment Board. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions, Instructions And Regulations In Force At The Hydrotechnical Facilities Of The Opole Catchment Board And Other Arising From The Law. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor Conduct All Work With Due Diligence As Well As Good Practice And Engineering Knowledge With Compliance With The Provisions Of The Operating Instructions For Hydrotechnical Facilities And Devices, Dtr Of Devices Built On Hydrotechnical Facilities Covered By The Proceedings.
