The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance For The Employer For Remuneration Of The Refurbishment Of A Great Lzk-6P-Like Charger (Hereinafter Referred To As The Charger), Hereinafter Referred To As Renovation. 2. The Renovation Of The Charger Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical And Motor Documentation Of The Manufacturer, Which Results From The Content Of § 508 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of 23 November 2016 On Detailed Requirements For Conducting The Movement Of Underground Mining Plants. Technical And Motor Documentation Of The Charger Is Annex 1 To The Contract. 3. As Part Of The Renovation, The Contractor Will Ensure: 1) Receipt Of An Inclined Charger That Is The Subject Of Renovation From The Contracting Authority - - Mine Mine Wieliczka S.A., 32-020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1, Its Transport To The Place Of Renovation And Its Delivery To The Ordering Party After The Renovation, 2) Purchase And Delivery Of Materials And Spare Parts Included In The List In Its Technical And Movement Or Equivalent Documentation, Having An Appropriate Conformity Certificate, Necessary For Proper Renovation, 3) Performing All Services Necessary For Proper Renovation, 4) Equipment Necessary To Perform Renovation. 3.4. The Renovation Will Include: 1) Washing And Cleaning Of Individual Elements Of The Charger, 2) Renovation And Painting Of The Body Along With The Operators Cover, 3) Assessment Of The Use Of Individual Elements And Connections, 4) Regeneration, Completing Or Replacement Of Individual Parts Of The Device, In Particular The Following Teams: A) Charger Chassis (Toothed Gearboxes, Wheeled Sets, Clutch, B) Chargers, C) Cradle With Scoop, D) Bearings, Chains, Ropes, Springs, Tendons, Seals, E) Control System Elements (Air Distributors, Air Lubricator With Filter, Check Valve, Shut -Off Valve, Safety Valve, Power Cables), F) Pneumatic Engine With Chassis Suppressor, 6) Warning Signal, 7) Assembly Of The Whole Device, 8) Movement Tests At The Test Station. 5. The Renovation Will Be Carried Out In The Workshop Of The Contractor. 6. The Contractor Attachments To Notify The Receipt: 1) A Certificate Of Renovation, Containing A List Of All Parts Listed To New Ones; 2) Protocol From The Movement Attempts Carried Out; 3) A Statement That: A) The Renovation Was Carried Out In Accordance With Good Engineering Practice, B) The Renovation Was Carried Out Using Original Spare Parts, C) The Renovation Was Carried Out In A Manner That Guarantees The Safe Operation Of The Renovated Component/It Production Of A New Machine/Device - Therefore It Is Not Required To Re -Place The Product On The Market, In Accordance With The Current Law, D) The Charger Will Have A Security Level, At Least Equal To The Level Of Safety Required By The Original Regulations, Which Are The Basis For Placing The Charger On The Market.
