1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transport Of Students To The Primary School Sons Of The Regiment In Siennica Różana And Children To The Municipal Kindergarten In Siennica Różana On School Days On The Basis Of The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets, Adopting The Organization Of The School Year In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of 11 August 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1211, As Amended) 2. By The Term Bringing The Contracting Authority Understands The Delivery Of Children And Students From The Place Of Residence To School And From School To The Place Of Residence Along With Ensuring The Conditions Of Occupational Health And Safety During Getting On And Off And Traveling By Students With A Vehicle As Part Of Regular Communication Available To All Passengers Or As Part Of Closed Communication, I.E. Only For Students. The Contractor Will Individually Determine The Nature Of The Regular Service. The Delivery Of Students Will Be Held By Buses Equipped With Standard, Technically Efficient, Allowed To Traffic According To Applicable Regulations In Passenger Transport And Marked Properly To The Nature Of Transport. 3.
