The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Project Service Contractor In The Scope Of Developing The Concept Of Land Development For The Future Barycz Park, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow. 1.1 In Accordance With Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Proceedings In Question, If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To It.
