The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Performance Of Construction Works In The Facilities Of The Maritime University: A) Didactic, Administrative, Workshop Facilities At Ul. Morska 81-87, Al. Jana Pawła Ii 3, B) On The Property At The Above -Mentioned Buildings At Ul. Morska And Al. John Paul Ii Are Entered In The Register Of Monuments And Are Protected By The Provincial Pomeranian Conservator Of Monuments. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Active Facilities. The Landlord Reserves The Right To Suspend Construction Works In The Event Of The Need To Keep Silence On The Facility Due To The Didactic Classes Conducted In The Facility. The Contractor Must Maintain Order While Conducting Renovation Works At The Facility. The Order Will Cover The Execution Of The Works Below: 1. General Construction Works: Demolition, Demolition, Structural, Concrete, Reinforced Concrete, Masonry, Floor, Floor Covering, Plastering, Cladding, Painting, Insulation, Carpentry, Carpentry, Slip, Insulation, Supply And Assembly Of Joinery, In Terms Of Roofing, Earth, Earth Streets And Squares, Drying And Fumigation Of Rooms (Buildings), In The Field Of Fences, Facade. In/In Construction Works Will Consist Of :,- Execution Of Repairs, Reconstruction Resulting From The Needs Of The Employer. On The Day Of Conducting The Proceedings, The Contracting Authority Is Not Able To Predict The Scope And Date Of Execution Of Individual Works. The Employer Does Not Guarantee Continuity Of Implementation Or The Degree Of Use Of The Contractual Amount. Specific Scope Of Work Will Be Transferred To The Contractors With Whom The Framework Agreement Was Concluded As The Employers Needs Emerged, Along With The Invitation To Submit Offers, The Deadline For Execution Of The Contract, Place And Date Of Submission And Opening Of Offers And The Date Of Binding The Offer. The Selection Of The Contractor For Individual Works Will Take Place On The Basis Of Submitted Offers (Together With A Detailed Offer Cost Estimate) Calculated On The Basis Of The Bill Of Quantities Or Project Documentation Received From The Ordering Party. The Offer Cost Estimate Must Have Price -Forming Factors Given At The Framework Of The Framework Agreement. These Factors Can Only Be Reduced. The Basis For The Performance Of The Contract Will Be The Contract For The Public Procurement, Concluded With The Contractor, Which Offered The Lowest Price. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Order Be Made Within The Following Date: Until 31/12/2025 Or Until The Date Of Exhaustion By The Employer Planned For Spending For The Implementation Of Construction Works.
