B) Reconstruction And Expansion In The Scope Of:- Construction Of An External Corridor,- Construction Of A Cloakroom Complex,- Construction Of Internal Stairs With A Lift For The Disabled,- Execution Of Skills,- Assembly Of Fire Doors,- External Installation Spacers, Investment Location: Building Of The School Complex No. 2 In Kłobuck Is Located In The Very Center Kłobuck In The Zone Entered In The Register Of Monuments. For A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Statement, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz, Describing The Scope Of Works Performed, The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of:- Project Documentation, Which Includes A Construction Project Together With Technical Projects Of The Following Industries: Architectural, Construction, Sanitary, Electrical- Electrical- Electrical- Electrical, Sanitary Approved By Decision No. 45/23 Of 27.01.2023 And Granting Building Permits, - Detailed Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Sstwior), - Bill Of Quantities, - Energy Audit Of The Building Of The School Complex No. 2 In Kłobuck, - Declaration Of The Body Responsible For Monitoring The Natura 2000 Areas, - Chopterological Expert, - Nature Expertise, - Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Flat -Rate Nature, The Contractor Should Be Based On The Scope Indicated In The Project Documentation Referred To In Point 4.4 Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Attached To Swz Is An Auxiliary. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Design Documentation. In The Event Of More Works During The Works, There Will Be Not To Be Considered Additional Works With An Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Project Documentation In Point 4.4 Swz. Any Lack In The Pre -City Of Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Project Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project At The Contractual Price.
