The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works: Reconstruction Of Street Lighting In The Strzyżewice Commune. The Following Works Are To Be Carried Out: 1) Construction Of A Road Lighting Cable Line Separated In Strzyżewice At Provincial Road No. 834 (Excluding The H-G-F Section), 2) Reconstruction Of The Electro Energy Network To 1Kv Lighting-Street Lighting At Poviat Road No. 2289L In Kiełczewice In Kiełczewice Górne And 2277L In Piotrowice And Osmolice First, 3) Renovation Of Lighting Infrastructure - Dismantling And Installation Of Lighting Fittings (407 Kpl.), Replacement Of Lighting Columns (19 Kpl.), Replacement Of Lighting Cabinets (14 Kpl.) Detailed Scope, Requirements And Conditions For The Performance Of Works Covered By The Contract Were Specified In Executive Projects, Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Works And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Attachments To This Swz. The Contractors Obligations Under The Offer And Offer Price Include: 1) The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Construction Art And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And The Provisions Of The Construction Law, On The Conditions Set Out In This Agreement, And With Due Care And On Contractual Terms; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And Quality Of The Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Staff, Laboratory, Equipment, Supply And All Devices Necessary To Take Samples And Tests Of Materials And Works; 3) Submitting A Copy Of The Contract Before Signing The Contract Of The Building Manager In The Installation Specialty In The Scope Of Networks, Electrical And Electrical Equipment And Electrical Equipment Or Corresponding To Them Equivalent Construction Rights Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Regulations, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors - Building Qualifications To Be Managed Equivalent To The Above -Mentioned.4) Ensuring Proper Marking And Proper Protection Of The Construction Site; 5) Maintaining Order At The Construction Site And Removal At Your Own Expense Of Unnecessary Materials, Waste And Garbage; 6) Incurring Financial Liability For Damages Caused By The Contractor To Owners Or Users Of The Property Neighboring; 7) Providing Safe Road And Pedestrian Conditions In The Area Of Conducting The Works In Question; 8) Taking Care Of The Natural Environment, Including Waste, Emissions And Pollution From The Construction Site, In Particular Sewage, Dust, Fumes And Noise Were As Low As Possible And Did Not Exceed The Permissible Laws And Did Not Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment; 9) Ordering The Area After The End Of Works; 10) Repair Underground And Above -Ground - In Consultation With Their Administrators; 11) The Contractors Duties Include Full Geodetic Service Together Wi
