The Subject Of The Proceedings Is To Provide Health Services Ensuring Primary Dental Care For Persons Deprived Of Liberty Staying In The External Ward In Sieraków Śląski Penitentiary Institution In Kluczbork In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract To 31.12.2025, In The Field Of:- Providing Dental Advice And Treating Persons Deprived Of Freedoms Staying In The External Department In Sieraków Śląski,- Conducting Appropriate Dental Documentation, Including Health Books. In A Dimension Of 20 Hours A Month (Approx. 4-6 Hours A Week); Anticipated Total Number Of Order Hours: 20 Hours A Month X 6 Months = 120 Hours.
