The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Successively From The Moment The Contract Is Signed To 30.11.2025, At Each Written Request Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Offered Price Will Take Into Account The Cost Of Emulsion, Refueling, Transport, Pumping To The Reservoir Indicated By The Contracting Authority And All Other Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4. The Contractor Will Provide The Emulsion With Its Own Transport (Car Tanks) To The Ordering Partys Seat Along With Pumping From The Means Of Transport To The Reservoir Located At The Headquarters Of The Poviat Roads Board In Hajnówka, Ul. Bielska 41 With A Capacity Of 25 Tonnes Or Directly To The Scraper - In An Amount Of About 5 Tons Once. 5. Asphalt Emulsion Should Correspond To The European Pn-En 13808: 2013-10 Asphalt Asphalt Binder Standard Or The Requirements Specified In The Technical Conditions Issued By Ibdim And The Appropriate Technical Approval Issued By An Authorized Institution. The Offered Emulsion Should Be Useful For Surface Fixations. The Contractor Should Provide A Certificate Of Company Production Control That Is A Certificate Of Behavior Of The Norm Or An Important Technical Approval For The Offered Product (Emulsion). Each Transport Of The Emulsion Should Be Confirmed By A Signature In The Wz Document By A Representative Of The Poviat Road Administration In Hajnówka. The Offered Emulsion Should Meet The Hygiene Requirements - It Should Have A Valid Hygiene Certificate. 6. In The Event Of The Delivery Of Asphalt Emulsion Inadequate Quality, The Contractor Was Replaced At His Own Expense Within 2 Days From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Party Together With Taking The Delivered Party Not Meeting The Requirements. 7. Deliveries Will Be Received From 7:00 To 15:00 And Confirmed By A Signature In The Document Wz By The Person Authorized By The Ordering Party. 8. A Reception Report Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Drawn Up From The Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. A Specific Amount Of Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Of The Rapid -Colored C69b3 Pu Is An Average Estimated Amount. 10. Payment For The Delivered Delivery Will Be Based On A Correctly Issued Invoice By The Contractor For The Actually Supplied Emulsion Within No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Correctly Issued Invoice, By Bank Transfer To The Contractors Bank Account. 11. The Unit Price Of The Ton Of The Emulsion Is Constant For The Duration Of The Contract And Is Not Subject To Change. 12. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Amount Of Emulsion Depending On The Needs, Provided That You Have Financial Capacity, After Prior Agreement With The Contractor.
