3.1 The Subject Of The Contract Is: Procedure For The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Supply And Transmission Of Thermal Energy For The Facility Of The Sports And Recreation Center Of The Capital City Of Warsaw In The Italian District. 3.2 The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Completed In Accordance With The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 8 To Swz And A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Contained In Annex 7 To Swz. The Contractor Will Submit An Offer In Accordance With The Offer Form Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.
