The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Organization Of A Three-Day Trip, Including Two Nights, Integration And Training For Employees Of The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Szczecin. The Term: September 26-28, 2025, About 85 People Will Take Part In The Departure. The Employer Assumes That For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Employer, The Number Of People May Change, I.E. +/- 10 People. Solskiego 3, 71-323 Szczecinb) Biuro Koszalin, Ul. Zwycięstwa 111, 75-601 Koszalin. Ii. Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor1. As Part Of The Remuneration, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Ensure Transport: Bus/Bus (Vehicle) Must Be Equipped Behind Seating Places To Accommodate All Participants Of The Trip. In Addition, It Must Be Equipped With Seats With Seat Belts, Efficient Air Conditioning, Efficient Heating. The Contractor Undertakes To Substitute A Bus/Bus In Proper Technical Condition And Ensure That The Driver Has All Necessary And Current Vehicle Documents, Including Civil Liability Insurance. In The Event Of A Bus/Bus Failure That Prevents Further Driving, The Contractor Undertakes To Substitute A Replacement Vehicle With At Least The Same Standard, Which Will Allow You To Continue To Continue Traveling, Without Additional Costs On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Covers All Costs Related To Road And Parking Fees.
