The Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly intends to apply part of its budgetary allocation under the District Assemblys Common Fund (DACF) from the Government of Ghana to cover eligible payments under the contract for the Supply and Installation of Street Lights 2. The Weija-Gbawe Municipal Assembly now invites sealed tenders from eligible Suppliers for the procurement of the above mentioned works. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines specified in the Public Procurement Authority Manual of the Republic of Ghana. 3. Interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Procurement Unit of the Weija Gbawe Municipal Assembly and inspect the Tender Document at the address given below, from 11th July, 2025 at 9:00am to 4:00pm local time. 4. A complete set of Tender documents may be obtained at the Procurement Unit by interested tenderers on the submission of a written application to the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH 500.00). 5. Tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00am on Friday 25th July, 2025. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for tender submission.
