The Krachi East Municipal Assembly hereby invites sealed tenders from eligible Contractors for the PROCUREMENT OF THE ABOVE WORKS. Tendering will be conducted through National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. A complete set of Tender Documents in English may be purchased at the Procurement Office, Krachi East Municipal Assembly from Tuesday, 15th July, 2025, between the hours of 010:00hrs 16:00hrs GMT each working day by interested Tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00) only in cash.
