The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Object Of A Complete And Innovative Solution To Make Meal Sets, Allowing In Particular To Lamelio The Working Conditions Of Operators. The Proposed Solution Will Make It Possible To Make Complete Trays According To The Information Transmitted By The Software For The Management Of Central Production Meals (Ucpc) Of The Hus. The Workstation Will Come In The Form Of A Refrigerated Island Whose Configuration Will Make It Possible To Reduce The Heavy Handling Operations As Much As Possible. This Solution Should Allow The Lopener To Work In A Temperate Environment While Ensuring The Maintenance Of The Cold Chain For Culinary Preparations, Throughout Their Packaging.
