Electoral Administration Geographic Information System . This Negotiated Request For Proposals (Nrfp) Is Issued By Elections Bc (Ebc), The Independent Office Of The Legislature Responsible For Administering The Provincial Electoral Processes In British Columbia. Ebc Is Seeking Proposals From Prospective Proponents For The Provision Of A Geographic Information System (Gis) (The “New System”) To Replace The Legacy Gis That Ebc Has Used For Approximately 25 Years. The New System Will Support Key Operations Within Ebc For The Administration Of Electoral Events. The New System’S Architecture Has Been Defined By Ebc. On The Server Side, The New System Will Be Developed Using The Windows Server Operating System, An Oracle Database And Esri Arcgis Enterprise Server. On The Client Side, Arcgis Pro Will Be Installed On Client Desktops. The New System Will Be Configured And Customized For This Architecture Environment. This Nrfp Is Being Re-Issued With Amendments After No Bids Were Received On The Opportunity Posted Previously.
