Bids Are Invited For Protected Households And Protected Residences

The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Evaluate And Select A Qualified External Entity That Provides The Residential Support Service In Protected Residences And Homes, Offering A Clinical-Social Support For 44 People With Mental Health And Psychic Disability Diseases, Which Are Partially Or Totally Lacking A Support Network. This Service Seeks To Promote Social Inclusion And Improve The Quality Of Life Of The Beneficiaries. Therefore, The Contracting Of The Following Service Lines Will Be Managed: 1. Protected Households In The City Of Punta Arenas (16 Squares) 2. Protected Residences In The City Of Punta Arenas (28 Places) Protected Households Integrate Housing Needs With The Support And Security Required By People With Psychic Disabilities, Promoting The Development Of Skills For Their Autonomy And Performance At Home. On The Other Hand, Protected Residences, On The Other Hand, Are Aimed At People With Severe Disorders That, Although Clinically Compensated, Have A High Degree Of Psychic Disability And Dependence. Therefore, They Require A Therapeutic Environment With A High Level Of Specialized Protection And Care. The Bidder Must Guarantee: • An Adequate Residence Space. • Food Service (Including Breakfast, Lunch, Snack And Dinner). • Human Resource In Accordance With Current Technical Regulations. The Service Must Cover The Lines Of 16 Places In Protected Homes And 28 Places In Protected Residences, Thus Completing A Total Of 44 Seats In The Commune Of Punta Arenas, During The Period Established In The Tender.
