    Tenders are invited for Supply of Mineral Water and Soft Drinks for the Period Ending 30 June 2026. 1.The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hill is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals through the Government eProcurement System for the SUPPLY OF MINERAL WATER AND SOFT DRINKS FOR THE PERIOD ENDING 30 JUNE 2026 2.Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: BBRH/IFB/2025/580 3.Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by 30 July 2025 up to 12 59 hours (Local Time). 4.Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from 30 July 2025 from 16 01hours (Local Time) till 31st July 2025 (Local Time) up to 12 59. 5.Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on31st July 2025 as from 13 00 hours (Local Time) up to 16 00 Hours Local Time Council Room Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hill Town Hall Royal Road Rose Hill 6. The Municipal Council of Beau Bassin Rose Hillreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
