    Tenders are invited for Construction and paving works for the GOUGA - BOSSARANGBA road section (30 km), including the construction of a 380-meter bridge over the Lobaye River and 6.71 km of roads in Mongoumba. The French Tender Documents may be purchased by any Bidder by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) CFA francs. The payment method will be by bank transfer to bank account No. 371 277 671 01 96 opened at BGFI-BANK in the name of the CORRIDOR13 Project. The tender documents will be sent to the bidders address by email or collected from the CD13 Project Implementation Unit. 6. Bids must be submitted in five copies, including one original and four copies and a USB drive, marked as such, in a sealed envelope marked International Invitation to Tender (AIOT) for the Asphalting Works on the Gouga-Bossarangba Road Section (Pk30), including the Construction of a 380-meter Bridge over the Lobaye River and 6.71 km of Urban Roads in Mongoumba. The bids must be opened only at the opening session at the address below, no later than 12:30 p.m. on September 12, 2025. Electronic bids will not be permitted. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be opened and will be rejected.
