General Procurement Notice for Procurement of Goods and Services for Strengthening Women, Youth and People with Disabilities Micro Entrepreneurship for Green Jos in Natural Resources: Ghana and Senegal (Microgreen) The project will be delivered through the following components: Component 1 Capacity Development and Value Chain Enhancement This component will address the need for training in entrepreneurship and business development in Ghana and Senegal, through the provision of quality entrepreneurship and business development training, support and mentorship programs to selected women and youth-led enterprises in both countries in agriculture, agroforestry and fisheries sector. Component 3 Policy Advocacy for Improved Business Environment This component will identify the core business environment challenges and influencing actions to drive reforms that address the challenges and unlock opportunities for women and youth participation in green jobs in the natural resource sector of Ghana and Senegal. Component 4 Project Management This component will support the coordination and management of Project activities, which include administrative, technical, design of communication materials to enhance Project visibility, procurement of goods and services, monitoring and evaluation and the financial management of Project funds. A Project Coordination Unit (PCU) will be established to be responsible for overall project coordination, implementation and reporting.
