Tenders are invited for Service Provider for International/Regional & Domestic Event Management For Agricultural Market Export and Trade Promotion. Scope of Services The scope of work for the assignment will have, among others which including but are not limited to these main functions leading, planning, organizing and executing 2 international events and 1 domestic event with the overall ultimate aim to increase market exposures, trades, increase market knowledge, and production capacity building for SMEs at both the international and domestic market levels for these main commodities 1) cashew 2) pepper 3) dried fruits 4) other commodities to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Bidder Eligibility To be qualified for the position, the firm and/or partner must meet to the minimum required qualifications and experience as follows: o Minimum 5 years of proven track record in organizing and managing both international and national trade promotion events, exhibitions, or business matching activities, preferably in the agriculture or agri-business sector (agri-products), o Demonstrated experience working with SMEs, producer organizations, and agribusinesses in market development, trade facilitation, or investment promotion, market research, buyer requirements and post event evaluations, o Demonstrated experience in working with value chains such as cashew, pepper, dried fruits, or other agro-commodities, Proven ability to develop event concepts, manage logistics, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders such as government agencies, buyers/importers, private sector actors, and trade federations, o Demonstrated experience organizing trade events in Southeast Asia and/or Europe is highly preferred, Proven existing networks or partnerships with international buyers/importers, distributors, and retail chains will be considered an advantage, Proven ability to communicate fluently in English (spoken and written) is required. Khmer language proficiency within the team is required and must demonstrated Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. o Up to 6 top-ranked consulting firms that achieve a minimum score of 70 out of 100 points will be shortlisted and are invited to submit a detailed Technical and Financial Proposal. Joint ventures are permitted. Interested firms must submit the following: Letter of Interest, Company Profile and track record, Description of Relevant Assignment to meet the requirements above.
