The Subject Of The Contract Is Periodically Repeated Services For Washing, Pouring, Disinfection, Drying, Ironing, Packaging And Transportation To The Final Recipient Of Hospital Underwear And Work Clothing For The Needs Of Zapalo Prof. Ivan Chernozemski Ead. The Subject Includes Periodically Repeated Services For Washing, Pouring, Disinfection, Drying, Ironing, Packaging And Transportation To The Final Recipient Of Hospital Underwear And Work Clothing For The Needs Of Prof. Ivan Chernozemski Ead. The Performance Of The Services Is Carried Out Daily, Within 7:00 Hours, Including On Weekends And Holidays. The Date Of Execution Is Considered The Date On Which The Clean Washing Is Accepted By The Materially Responsible Person Of The Contracting Authority With A Handover Protocol Containing The Individualizing Features By Type, Nomenclature And Quantity. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Provisions Of The Current Legislation In The Field Of Performance Of The Service, Which Includes But Is Not Exhausted By Ordinance No. 12/16.11.2018, Supp. Sg Issue 97 Of December 10, 2019 On The Health Requirements For The Public Laundry Of The Ministry Of Health, And All The Requirements Of The Control Body Of The Rzi. The Estimated Amount Of Laundry For 24 Months Is 110,000 Kg. Due To The Specifics Of The Activity And The Purpose Of The Service, The Quantities Are Indicative And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For The Contracting Authority To Fulfill Them In The Above Estimated Volume. The Implementation Of The Services Is Determined By The Factual Needs Of The Hospital Based On Patient Admission And The Volume Of Treatment And Surgery.
