Tenders Are Invited For Services In The Field Of Corpse Transport, Storage Of Corpses And Sharing Rooms For Conducting Sections And Examination Of Human Corpses For The Needs Of The Prosecutors Offices Of The Ostrów District From The Division. For Tasks

Task No. 1 Applies To The District Prosecutors Office In Ostrów Wielkopolski And The District Prosecutors Office In Ostrów Wielkopolski As Part Of Task No. 1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Service In The Field Of Corpse From Non -Public Places And Storage Of Human Corpses And Remains For The Needs Of The District Prosecutors Office In Ostrów Wielkopolski And Subordinate District Prosecutors Offices Located In Jarocin, Kalisz, Kępno, Krotoszyn, Ostrów Wielkopolski, Ostrzeszów, Pleszew From Their Location To The Places Indicated By The Prosecutor/Police. The Transport Of Corpses From Public Places Belongs To The Poviats Tasks In Accordance With Art. 13 Of The Act Of 31 January 1959 On Cemeteries And Hiding The Dead (Journal Of Laws 2024.576 I.E.). Public Places Are All Places Available To The Unlimited Subject Of People, In Particular Streets, Parks, Pavements And Other Public Utilities. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Arrival In The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor/Police, A Vehicle Intended For Transporting Corpses/Human Remains Together With The Service During Access To The Scene Of The Incident From The Moment Of Notification - Specified By The Contractor In The Table Reaction Time In The Price Form, B) Packing The Corpses/Human Remains In The Bag, Loading Human Corpses/Remains Intended For Transporting Human Corpses/Remains, And Then To Transport Them (Delivering) To The Place Indicated By The Prosecutor/Police, As Well As Performing All Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Service, C) Ensuring The Place Of Storage Of Corpses/Human Remains In The Cold Store, D) Note: The Cold Store Is Located In A Given Poviat-In Accordance With The Division Of Tasks 1-7, E) And Disinfectants Necessary For The Performance Of The Order, F) Ensuring The Necessary Accessories For Movement Of Human Corpses/Remains, G) Transport - Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Prosecutor - Corpses/Human Remains From The Place Of Their Storage To The Place Of Conducting The Section Or Inspection, Waiting For The End Of The Section Or Inspection And The Return Transport Of The Corpse/Human Remains, H) Issuing Only Persons To Persons Authorized To Receive, I) The Secret To All Messages Obtained During And In Connection With The Implementation Of The Task/Tasks, J) Providing Services 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, K) Performance Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions In Force In The Republic Of Poland. 3. To Settle The Costs Of The Service Performed, The Contractor Accepts: A) The Actual Number Of Kilometers Traveled (The Shortest Route) Of The Transport Of Human Corpses/Remains, B) The Actual Number Of Storage Of Corpses/Human Remains In The Cold Store - Until The Prosecutor Issued A Permit To Bury The Corpse. 4. The Number Of Orders Made By The Prosecutors Office Of The Ostrów District Will Depend On The Number Of Registration Events In This Respect. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To A Lack Of Orders. 5.
