Request for proposals for Project Management Consultancy (Pmc) Services for Construction of Chancery Cum Residences Complex for Embassy of India in Abidjan, Cote Divoire on Design & Build Mode Should have rendered Project Management Consultancy services for at least one project of cost equivalent of USD 10,080,000/- OR two project of cost equivalent of USD 6,300,000/- OR three projects of cost equivalent of USD 5,040,000/- including civil, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, erection & commissioning of centralized AC plant, large sub-stations, captive power generation, interior works for Govt./Semi-Govt./reputed Corporate Clients. Should have average annual financial turnover of USD 630,000/- Applicants are required to submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of USD 25200 Whereas M/s (Name of PMC with address) have submitted their tender for (Construction of Chancery cum residences complex for the Embassy of India, in Abidjan, Cote dIvoire on Design & Build Mode) at Cocody Riviera golf, Lot No 16, llot no 326B-327, Abidjan for Embassy of India, in Abidjan, Cote dIvoire and one of the tender conditions is for the M/s (Name of PMC with address) to submit a Bank Guarantee for Earnest Money Deposit amounting USD 25,200/-.
