Tenders are invited for Consultant on Business Enabling Environment Assessment Consultant to Provide an Assessment of the Business-Enabling Environment in the Context of Cambodia, to Identify the Rules and Norms that Govern the Social Businesses and Evaluate the Viability of Our Social Business Model within this Context, including Drafting a Sustainability Strategy and Roadmap Scope of Work The selected agency or consultant will be responsible for: 1. General business enabling environment research, including a review of country policy and regulatory documents, a high-level mapping of regulatory actors, and formal practices which either support or constrain private sector activity and could impact sustainability. 2. Informal rules collection, seeking to create a picture of the factors which support or constrain the private sector outside of formal regulatory frameworks, by conducting observational research or interviews with relevant stakeholders within the commercial and health sectors. 3. Analysis of findings in the form of a Business Enabling Environment Assessment Report, with opportunities and challenges identified and recommended course of action for organizational sustainability of MSIC.
