Tenders are invited for Supply of 4,000 Nos. Less High Concrete Sleepers to Suit en 45 e1 Rails to Stations between Polgahawela & Kadugannawa. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address of the Office of the Railway Procurement Sub Department, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka from 17/07/2025 to 25/08/2025 up to 3.00 p.m. on payment of a non-refundable procurement fee of Rs. 23,000/- only. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security. Amount of Bid security shall be Rs. 1,200,000.00 and shall be an unconditional guarantee issued by Bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
