Tenders are invited for Overhaul Repair Services for Diesel Engines MTU Upon receipt of a written request from the Bidder, the Operator will send the Tender Documentation to such Bidder by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late delivery. Please note that in order to be considered for further evaluation under this Tender, the Bidders as a minimum shall: - provide reference list (previously performed contracts for similar types of works) with contact details; - provide organization chart and CVs of its personnel demonstrating in-house availability of qualified and experienced manpower to execute the required works (MTU Diesel Engines Model: 20V 4000 G23 Commissioning and Maintenance courses, Projects, Experience reference to minimum 5 years dedicated to MTU Diesel Engines Model: 20V 4000 G23 Commissioning and Maintenance); - comply with the Operators security requirements and provide required for security verification documents in accordance with Chapter V, of the ITB; - accept key terms and conditions of the draft contract provided by the Operator under this Tender. The Operator will deduct an amount specified in the Tender Documentation for tender announcement and further extension announcement, if applicable, from the first invoice under the contract signed with the successful Bidder. The deadline for submission of bids under this Tender (Bid Due Date & Time) is 04:00 PM (UTC/GMT+3:00) August 27, 2025. In case of the deadline extension under this Tender by the Operator, the extended Bid Due Date & Time will be published accordingly. In the event that deadline coincides with an official holiday in Iraq, the deadline will be automatically extended to the following working day. Strategy: One (1) external envelope containing Two (2) separate envelopes: One separate sealed envelope for Technical proposal, one separate sealed envelope for Commercial proposal. Evaluation: 1) Technical bids (Envelope A) shall be opened and evaluated first; 2) Commercial proposals (Envelopes B) shall be opened only for technically qualified bidders and evaluated secondly; 3) Envelopes with commercial proposals of the disqualified bidders should be returned unopened upon request. The Operator reserves the right to reject any bid submitted by the Bidder under this Tender, or terminate this Tender, at any time prior to award of the contract, without incurring any liability towards any Bidder submitted the bid or justifying the grounds for such actions.
