Tenders are invited for Supply of Two Electric Generators for Samawah Depot. lnterested eligible bidders may purchase bidding documents either electronically via the online platform Or by visiting Oil Pipelines Company HQ/ purchasing Department located in the Oil Complex at Daura-Baghdad-lraq to obtain bid conditions and technical specifications upon payment of a nonrefundable net amount of ( 750,000 )lD (only),( Seven hundred and fifty thousand lraqi dinars only) against submission of registration certificate of incorporation, Offers should be submitted at least possible period not exceeding closing date as per specified in sub clause (141. Offerc shall be considered if satisfy the terms and conditions that required in standard bidding documents, (in additional to) the following conditions: All bids must be accompanied by (Bid bond bank guarantee or endorsed cheque (original copy) with complete amount equal to (13,000,000) lD (Thirteen million lraqi dinars only). The Bid Security shall be submitted by the name of the bidder to the order of Oil Pipelines Company (state company) issued by trade bank of lraq or any authorized bank in lraq approved by lraqi Central Bank. The Bid Security must be valid for (180 days) starts from date of submitting bids. Bids shall be eliminated if not accompanied with the Bid Security. Bid Security shall be confiscated if a Bidder withdraws its bid after closing date or non-completion of technical data non-fundamental or Correcting Arithmetical Errors and non-fundamental legal terms required in the terms of the enquiry.
