About the Program The Livelihood, Infrastructure and Food Systems Transformation Programme LIFT Palestine is an initiative implemented from July 2025 to June 2029, aiming to strengthen the resilience and livelihoods of climate-vulnerable communities through inclusive, sustainable food and agricultural systems. Building on the Environment Climate Justice programme ( ECJP), LIFT focuses on climate-smart agriculture, sustainable infrastructure, and local value chains across four geographic clusters in the West Bank.
