Tenders are invited for Consultancy to Provide a One-Day Reflection Workshop & Four-Day Training on CO2 Stock Measurement for Communities in Siem Reap Province SCOPE OF WORK The selected consultant/s is expected to deliver the following scope of work: Work with Oxfam staff and the web developer to prepare comprehensive training materials. Provide constructive feedback on challenges and lessons learned and actively engage with community members during the one-day reflection workshop for approximately 50 participants, Deliver a four-day training program for approximately 30 community members from Community Forests (CFs) and Community Protected Areas (CPAs), including facilitation and technical support during field activities in Siem Reap province, Produce detailed maps of CFs and CPAs to support forest inventory processes and carbon measurement, Offer ongoing technical assistance and support to community members in conducting carbon stock measurements. DELIVERABLES Oxfam in Cambodia is looking for a potential consultant/s to provide one-day reflection workshop and four-day training on carbon stock measurement to project partners, community forestry (CF) and community protected areas (CPAs) across Siem Reap, Banteay Meanchey, Oddar Meanchey and Preah Vihear province from September 08- 12, 2025, in Siem Reap province. The consultant/s will have five main responsibilities: 1) facilitate reflection workshop on the carbon stock measurement, 2) deliver the technical training on carbon stock measurement, 3) deliver the technical training on how to use the GPS and other materials for the carbon stock measurement, 4) produce maps for community forestry and community protected area to conduct forest inventory, and 5) province on going technical support to project partners, CF and CPAs. The workshop and training are expected to finish by September 13, 2025, while the ongoing technical support is expected to complete by end of January 2026. The consultant/s is expected to complete 1) Training materials: including slide presentation for the one-day workshop and the four-day training on carbon stock measurement, and the maps for each community, and 2) Training report.
