Expression of Interest For Consulting Firm

Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Firm (National) (Lump-Sump) Title Of Service: Consultancy Services for Renovation of the ground floor of Bangladesh Banks Main Building, Head Office, Dhaka Brief Description of Assignment: Comprehensive interior architectural and engineering design services for an approximately 29,000 sq ft space, which will include a reception area, VIP lounge, coffee corner, 60-seat meeting room which can be converted to 250-seat conference room with modern audio-visual system . Detailed cost estimation, preparation of necessary tender documents and supervision. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: EOI Short listing Criteria Consulting firms will be evaluated based on capabilities, experience, and financial health. Qualification Criteria Business Experience: Minimum 7 years of operation. Project Experience: At least 1 interior design project of Tk. 20 Lac or more consultancy fee for government-related entities/Autonomous bodies/ Scheduled Banks in the last 5 years. Financial Standing: Financial solvency. Avg. annual turnover for the past 5 years. Required Documentation Brochures including Company profile, past project descriptions, professional qualifications, and staff experience. Trade license (updated) VAT & Income Tax Certificates Bank solvency certificate Turnover proof Project experience certificates Litigation/arbitration history (if any) 4. Joint Ventures Joint applications allowed with a legal agreement naming a lead firm. All firms must individually submit full documentation. Other Details (if applicable): The Consultant must not be debarred or blacklisted by any government agency. All supporting documents must be submitted in two separate sealed envelopesone containing the ORIGINAL and the other a COPYclearly labeled: Consultancy Services for Renovation of the Ground Floor of Bangladesh Bank Main Building, Head Office, Dhaka. Both envelopes must be addressed to the designated signatory. Applications received after the specified EOI closing time will not be considered.
