Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Thana Building Of Dmp (Metro Type-5) (4-Storied Building With 01 Basement And 7-Storied Foundation)

Tenders are invited for Construction of Adabor Thana Building of DMP (Metro Type-5) (4-storied building with 01 basement and 7-storied foundation) under the project Construction of administrative cum barrack building of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country. Eligibility of Tenderer: (A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years. (B) The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of 3(three) storied building construction work with pile foundation and semi basement including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification works of BDT 12.00(Twelve) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. (C) The required average annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Crore over the last 05 years (counted from the date of IFT) in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (D) The minimum Amount of free Fund (liquid assets) i.e. working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 450.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty) Lakh. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favor of the work in PW2a-3 form, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. For credit facilities of the Tenderer available balance of facilities shall be mention. (E) The Tenderer have to submit up-to-date Trade License & Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Electrical (Contractor and Supervisory) License of his own. (F) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk. 13.50(Thirteen point Five Zero) Crore. (G) Other terms and condition followed by TDS.
