Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Thana Building Of Dmp (Metro Type-3) (Sub-Head: Civil, Sanitary, Internal Electrification And Ancillary Works)

Tenders are invited for Construction of Kadamtali Thana building of DMP (Metro Type-3) (Sub-Head: Civil, Sanitary, Internal electrification and ancillary works) under "Construction of administrative and barracks buildings of Bangladesh Police stations in various places of the country" project. Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in construction works. 2. The Minimum experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of construction work of 4 storied building with a basement including Civil, Sanitary and Internal Electrification works of BDT 13.00 (Thirteen) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. 3. The Tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years BDT 18.00 (Eighteen) Crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid asset i. e. working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the tenderer shall be BDT 5.00 (Five) Crore. Documentary evidence submitted along with the tender must be issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be BDT 15.00 (Fifteen) Crore. 6. The Tenderer must possess Up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration certificate and Income Tax clearance certificate, Up-to date ABC category Contractory and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
