The Service Must Include Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Support, Software Update, Peripheral Implementation, Training, As Well As The Provision Of All The Necessary Elements For The Proper Functioning Of The Solution. In Addition, The Operation Of The Equipment Must Be Guaranteed During The Entire Contract Period 24 Months, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Technical Bases, Without Additional Costs For The Municipality.
