Bids Are Invited For Contracting Of Electronic Cloud Point Software License (Saas), For A Period Of 12 Months, Registered By Facial Recognition And Geolocation Intended For São José De Piranhas City Hall - Pb
Contracting Of License For Use, For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Of Cloud Software (Saas) For Electronic Point Registration And Management System, Intended For The Frequency Control Of Municipal Public Servants. 1.2. The Solution Must Meet A Current Demand Of About 1,100 (One Thousand And One Hundred) Servers, And The Licensing Model Should Be Scalable, Allowing The Addition Or Removal Of Licenses During The Term Of The Contract, As Needed By The Municipality. 1.3. The Solution Must, Necessarily, Allow The Registration Of Point By: A) Application On Tablet, With Identification Of The Server By Facial Recognition; B) Individual Smartphone Application, With Geolocation Marking Validation (Geofrencing). 1.4. The Object Comprises The Provision Of Continuous Services That Include The Implementation, Configuration, Training, Corrective And Evolutionary Maintenance, Legal And Technological Updates, And Technical Support Throughout Its Validity, In Full Compliance With Ordinance No. 671/2021 Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Security (Mtp) And The General Data Protection Law (Lgpd - Law No. 13.709/2018). 1.5. Facial Recognition Performance Requirements: The Solution Must Have High Performance In The Point Registration Process, Meeting The Following Minimum Criteria, Which May Be Measured In Concept Test (Poc) Or During The Implementation Phase: A) The Full Face Recognition Time, From The Moment The Server Is Positioned In Front Of The Device Until The Confirmation Message Of The Registration Should Not Exceed 5 (Five) Seconds In Conditions. Normal Lighting. B) Success Fee: The System Must Achieve A Success Rate In Recognition At The First Attempt Of At Least 98% For Servers That Are Correctly Registered And Photographed According To The Instructions And Good Practices Indicated By The Contractor.
