Expression of Interest are invited for Individual Consultant (National) (Time-Based) Title Of Service: Selection of Individual Consultant (National) for Junior Financial Management Consultant Brief Description of Assignment: This consultancy assignment is to assist the PIU in financial management in accordance with the World Bank Financial Management Manual/Handbook and the rules, regulations and orders of the government of Bangladesh, ensuring regular payments against any bills/ invoices, and keeping records of all financial transactions. Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required: The Junior Financial Management Consultant must have MBA with Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Administration. The Junior Financial Management Consultant must have at least five (5) years of work experience in accounts and financial management in government/semi-government institutions or with international donors, implementing development projects. She/he have adequate knowledge and experience in Integrated Budgetary and Accounting System (IBAS++). Other informations are available in the DDM website. Candidates would be short listed according to the ToR which specifies the tasks to be carried out and required qualifications, experiences and other conditions. Hard copies and soft copy of Expression of Interest (EoI) must be submitted by the applicants before 04th August, 2025 by 12.00 pm in a sealed envelope delivered to ISO Component-6: BCRSR Project office above mentioned address and be clearly marked Expression of Interest for the above-mentioned position.
