The Planning and Development Agency (PDA), Lead Partner of the EU-funded YOUTHMED Project (Interreg NEXT MED), is seeking a qualified communication service provider to support project outreach across four Mediterranean countries. Project Duration: June 2025 December 2027 Budget: 1,110,000 | EU Contribution: 987,900 (89%) Countries Involved: Lebanon, Egypt, Greece, Spain Key Responsibilities: Produce 3 professional videos (narrative and promotional) Implement 1 national media activity Provide full communication support for 40+ events, including awareness workshops on gender discrimination and a joint event with NLCD Offer ongoing communication consultancy to the PDA team Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in media production or communication Proven record in EU/international cooperation projects Fluency in English and Arabic Availability to operate in Lebanon Compliance with Interreg NEXT MED branding and visibility guidelines Contract Type: Framework contract (task-based) Estimated Budget: 18,000 Contract End Date: December 2027 Tender Link : https://www.daleel-madani.org/calls-for-proposal
