1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Contractor To Organize A Conference, I.E. Educational Municipality Of Lesser Poland. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Required To Implement The Following Elements Of The Order: 1) Providing The Conference Room With Equipment; 2) Providing The Cloakroom With Service And Preparing Space For The Reception; 3) Ensuring Catering; 4) Ensuring The Exhibition Space With Equipment; 5) Providing Glass Statuettes For The Winners Of The Competition; 6) Providing Flower Bouquets For The Winners Of The Competition; 7) Providing An Induction Loop; 8) Providing Signage Translator Of Pjm; 9) Providing Information Materials For Event Participants. 3.
