Detailed Scope Of The Order Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And Opz (Annex 1 To The Contract Template). 3. The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To The Order Described In The Subject. The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 101 Para. 5 Public Procurement Law Of Submission Of Relevant Documents That Make The Application Of Equivalent Solutions.
