Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction And Retrofitting Of The Playground At The Daily Nursery In Skoczów, Branch In Międzywiec, 43-430 Międzyście Ul. Malinowa 2 As Part Of The Investment Task: Active Playgrounds 2025

The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment Permanently Related To The Ground, Including:- Sets/Devices, Such As: Sandpit, House With A Slide, Rockers, Swings, Manipulative Boards,- Safe Surfaces (Shock Absorbing Falls),- Equipment Providing Shading (Sunglasses), 2) Supply And Supply) Installation Of Elements Of Small Architecture, Including, Among Others: Benches, Garbage Bins, 3) Performing Land Development Works, Including Planting Of Plants And The Supply Of Materials Necessary For Their Implementation; 4) Delivery Of Equipment Not Permanently Related To The Ground, In Particular: Riding, Sets Of Sand Toys; 5) Organizing And Financing A Control Review Of The Technical Playground, Carried Out By An Independent, Authorized Certification Unit. 6) Performing All Auxiliary And Accompanying Works, Necessary For The Correct And Complete Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor, As Part Of The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Is Obliged To Obtain And Submit The Ordering Party Document Confirming The Compliance Of The Installed Equipment Of The Playground With Applicable Pn-En 1176 And/Or Pn-En 1177 Standards, Issued By An Independent Certification Unit. The Emerging Requires The Granting Of Min. 36 Months Of Warranty And Warranty On The Works Performed From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty And Warranty Period Is A Criterion For Evaluating Offers In Accordance With Chapter Xxviii Swz. The Reserve That The Above Warranty And Warranty Period Does Not Apply To Planting Of Greenery. The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant A Guarantee For Planting Greenery For A Period Of 12 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance. The Warranty Includes The Quality Of The Plant Material And The Method Of Its Planting, Excluding Care In The Warranty Period, Which Lies With The Ordering Party. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, Requires That, As Part Of The Contract, Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works (Entering The So -Called Direct Costs Resulting From The Bill Of Quantities), I.E. Earthworks, Works Related To The Assembly Of Devices And The Performance Of The Surface Were Performed By Persons Employed Under A Contract Of Employment, Regardless Of Whether The Work Will Be Performed By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor (So -Called Physical Workers).
