1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Expansion Of The Pzgik System With New E-Services To Keep The Gesut Database Also Based On The 3D.2 Model. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Design, Implementation, Integration And Launch Of New And Modernized E-Services In The Pzgik System, Functioning Based On The Geo-Info 7 System, Including Integration With The Local Infrastructure Of Inspire Spatial Data And 3D Portal. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: 1) E-Service Of Giving Opinions And Agreeing On The Content Of The Gesut Poviat Database Together With The Provision Of A License For This Module, 2) E-Service Of Reporting Non-Compliance And Changes To The Content Of The Poviat Gesut Database Together With The Provision Of A License For This Module, 3) Modernization Of The E-Service Of The Coordination Board Intended For Agreeing On The Location Of The Designed Network Of Terrain, With The Provision Of A License For This Module, 4) Modernization Of The E-Service Of Sharing Documents, Materials, Pzgik Data At The Request (According To The Price List), Extended With A Virtual Assistant Together With The Provision Of A License For This Module. 3. The Contractor In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Obliged To Fulfill The Obligation Of Digital Accessibility: 1) Legal Provisions: A) The Act Of 4 April 2019 On The Availability Of Digital Websites And Applications Of Mobile Public Entities (Hereinafter: The Act On Digital Availability), Including The Guidelines Specified In The Attachment To This Act, B) The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Access To Persons With Special Needs (Hereinafter: The Act On Availability For People With Special Needs). 2) The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made In Accordance With The Requirements That Result From The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And, Among Others From The Provisions Indicated In Point 1. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Completed In Accordance With The Current Principles Of Web Usability And Meet The Availability Standards Min. According To Wcag 2.1 4) In The Event Of A Relevant Contract For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, For The Implementation Of The Legal Provisions Regarding Digital Availability, The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Current Provisions.5) If, When Completed The Subject Of The Contract Or At The Stage Of Using The Subject Of The Contract, There Will As At The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract), The Contractor Undertakes To Remove The Non -Compliance Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within 14 Calendar Days From The Notification.
